For Archers, Swadia also has two specializations, Skirmisher and Longbow. (Page to Jacobite, to Jock, to Highlander). After the militia, you can either go with anti cavalry infantry (Voulgier to Piquier) or you can go with heavy sword infantry. It starts at the militia, then it will immediately branch into specializations. Within those troop types, there are also 2-3 different variants, which can be very confusing at first. Swadia has three major troop types, Cav, Inf, and Arch.
You can typically tell a unit's specialization based on where they are in the troop tree, but it ultimately comes down to you to checking out their stats and remembering who is good at what.
